No Room At The Inn

Helped along by the London Olympics, A Daily Telegraph blogger reported recently that there was very little holiday availabity left for Majorca in August.

Some 30% of Britons are reported to have booked an overseas trip to get away from the media coverage of the Olympics, but that's only part of why Majorca is pretty much full in August.

Given the state of the economy in Spain, and new official figures confirmed the UK is in a deep recession today, that's a pretty good accomplishment.

But if you're one of those looking for a last minute deal, don't forget to check out what villas are available as well, there's a good choice for example of villa holidays in Lanzarote and other islands that can be found with both travel firms and through private owners.
