The British class system is perpetuated in many ways, not least through education where parents with money can afford to send their offspring to the best schools like Eton, with access to Oxford and Cambridge more likely - helping to ensure that the next generation get the best paid jobs in the private sector and hold high office in the public sector.
But while the two teir education system in Britain is often held up as a prime example of the class divide, could travel also play its part?
