In recent years another Balearic Island has been to trying to tempt those who like the club scene, and Mallorca Rocks has successfully drawn young holidaymakers from across Europe.
But Mallorca has a history of music that goes much further back than Ibiza's - and it was the island's weather that attracted no less than Chopin to winter there.
